Delete in the app
- Open KavachPlus and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Privacy & data.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
If you have an active subscription you can choose to delete now or schedule deletion for the end of your paid period.
Delete without the app
If you cannot open the app, email support@digikavach.net from any address with the subject "KavachPlus account deletion" and the mobile number registered to your account. We will verify that the number is yours (for example with a one-time code) before deleting, and confirm by email.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted within 30 days: your profile (name, email, photo, state and PIN code), phone sign-in link, device bindings and sessions, settings backup, scan and report history, fraud-case evidence, KavachBot questions and your insurance call-back request.
- Kept because the law requires it or to defend legal claims: payment and tax records for 8 years, and consent and security audit records for 3 years. These are not used for any other purpose.
- Anonymised: scam fingerprints and caller-spam reports that no longer identify you may be kept to protect other users.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
